What you'll do

• Manage end-to-end content publishing, including gathering assets, formatting, and timely publication
• coordinate with internal teams to prepare content
• maintain multiple CMS platforms and internal systems
• manage project setup and routine queries
• conduct quality control and version control
• obtain approvals before publication
• collaborate with support staff on technical troubleshooting and escalate editorial concerns.
