What you'll do

• Supervise order picking, packaging, staging, and loading of aluminum extrusions
• ensure safe handling, stacking, loading, and securement
• monitor pack teams against delivery deadlines
• direct, train, and support personnel
• assign tasks and provide coaching
• ensure OSHA, DOT, and company safety compliance
• conduct forklift and crane safety checks
• maintain an organized work area
• verify shipments against orders, manifests, and customer requirements
• inspect packaging and labels
• track packing KPIs and recommend improvements
• coordinate order flow with other departments.
