What you'll do

• Clean guest rooms and perform general cleaning tasks
• respond to guest service requests and special requests
• replace room amenities and literature as directed and according to brand standards
• report room discrepancies and maintenance problems to a supervisor
• follow safety and security procedures, use chemicals and equipment properly, wear gloves while cleaning, and follow key-control policies.
