Human Resources Manager

What you'll do

• Support HR operations and initiatives
• advise employees and management on employee relations, performance, workplace concerns, and policies
• assist with recruiting, interviewing, onboarding, and offboarding
• maintain confidential employee records and HRIS data
• use ADP Workforce Now
• support benefits administration and open enrollment
• assist with employment-law compliance
• support performance reviews and employee development
• coordinate employee data changes with payroll and leadership
• and identify process improvements.
