What you'll do

• Patrol the building and grounds
• check doors, windows, and exterior areas
• monitor exterior lighting
• lock and unlock exterior doors according to procedures
• respond to unauthorized individuals
• contact law enforcement or emergency personnel when needed
• assist with fire response and evacuations
• use fire extinguishers when safe and appropriate
• escort employees to and from parking areas upon request
• monitor building systems and equipment, including oxygen manifold systems and boilers
• report unusual heating, plumbing, or electrical conditions
• assist with snow and ice removal
• complete other duties assigned by management.
