What you'll do

• Lead sustaining engineering projects involving cost reduction, quality improvement, and manufacturability
• resolve manufacturing, field, and supplier issues
• improve production efficiency, yields, quality, and consistency
• support the manufacturing floor
• qualify alternate components
• plan, document, and release engineering changes
• manage project schedules and risks
• coordinate product releases
• prepare technical documentation
• mentor junior engineers
• follow safety, quality, and procedural policies.
