The project manager owns project finances, schedules, contracts, subcontractor coordination, change orders, documentation, and closeout while supporting quality and safety. The role also leads teams and maintains client relationships to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to the required standards.

What you'll do

• Coordinate project activities with the superintendent and project team
• manage project finances, contracts, budgets, schedules, subcontracts, submittals, RFIs, proposals, change orders, payment applications, administrative logs, and closeout
• conduct owner and subcontractor meetings
• support onsite quality control and safety
• mentor team members
• maintain client relationships and support business development.
