What you'll do

• Recruit, hire, and onboard clinic staff
• supervise and evaluate provider and non-provider staff
• partner with the Medical Director to support care delivered according to physician instructions
• ensure compliance with policies and regulations
• lead staff meetings, huddles, and in-service programs
• resolve patient and staff concerns and monitor satisfaction
• oversee front-office procedures and financial transaction accuracy
• maintain facility cleanliness and supplies
• monitor key performance indicators and implement improvement programs.
