What you'll do

• Develop and execute tax technology and process transformation strategy
• maintain a multi-year roadmap for technology investments, automation, and process improvements
• evaluate technologies, AI, workflow platforms, and automation tools
• define future-state operating models and solution architectures
• redesign and standardize tax processes
• lead implementation and optimization of tax platforms and automation
• manage strategic initiatives, objectives, metrics, milestones, risks, and dependencies
• lead change communications, stakeholder engagement, training, and adoption
• provide strategic direction and develop the assigned team.
