Maintenance Technician

Job overview

The Maintenance Technician role is onsite in Folsom, CA, and is part-time at $19 per hour. The technician maintains and repairs hotel buildings and grounds at Folsom Staybridge Suites by IHG to support a safe and enjoyable guest environment.

What you'll do

• Handle equipment repairs and coordinate vendor bids for approval
• complete warranty submissions and monthly inventory
• conduct and track room preventive maintenance
• cover daily maintenance duties when staff are absent
• review pool chemical logs and service pool and spa areas
• conduct property walks and coordinate repairs
• maintain plumbing and electrical systems, fixtures, and equipment
• clean internal and public areas
• maintain parking lots and sidewalks
• complete work orders and maintenance records
• support other departments with moving furniture and supplies.

Why this role
