Job overview

The Caregiver role is onsite across Fremont, Union City, Newark, and Hayward, CA, with pay of $19–$20 per hour. Right at Home Fremont provides in-home support to clients, with placements near caregivers’ homes when possible. Caregivers assist clients with personal care, mobility, meals, household tasks, medication reminders, companionship, and appointments. They follow individualized care plans, monitor changes in client condition, and communicate with the care team to support clients’ daily needs.

What you'll do

• Assist with bathing, grooming, and toileting
• support mobility and transfers
• provide companionship and emotional support
• help with meal preparation and light housekeeping
• remind clients to take medications
• drive or accompany clients to appointments and errands
• monitor and report changes in client condition
• follow personalized care plans and communicate with the team.
