What you'll do

• Prepare and follow up on requests for proposals, quotations, and bids
• obtain vendor quotes and information
• coordinate with engineering on structural details
• respond to sales inquiries
• follow up on orders and delivery dates
• review shipping schedules and coordinate lead times with manufacturing, purchasing, shipping, and accounting
• collaborate with the Sales Team on customer requirements
• report recurring issues to management.
