What you'll do

• Conduct new-hire orientation and onboarding, and provide classroom and hands-on training to new and existing employees. Train employees on quality standards, inspection methods, standard operating procedures, and work instructions
• administer written tests and hands-on proficiency assessments
• maintain training records
• assist with training materials
• and support continuous improvement and cross-functional training initiatives. Travel between U.S. and Mexico operations as required, up to 30%.
