Campaign Operations Associate

What you'll do

• Execute assigned media and incentive campaign workflows from intake through launch
• review campaign plans and intake materials for completeness
• coordinate campaign details, assets, approvals, and deliverables with partner teams
• manage timelines across concurrent requests
• review creative assets, URLs, targeting, tracking parameters, and product information
• set up campaigns in designated platforms
• conduct quality assurance and escalate issues
• communicate edits, missing information, risks, and status
• support activation confirmation, reporting coordination, documentation, and post-launch activities
• maintain accurate workflow records.
