The Second-Shift Flexographic Machine Operator role is onsite at Computype’s headquarters in Saint Paul, MN. The schedule is 3:00 p.m.–1:30 a.m., Monday through Thursday; compensation is $22–$30 per hour plus a 10% second-shift differential. Computype provides track-and-trace solutions, automation, and related services for industrial and healthcare markets. The operator converts products accurately and on time by setting up and running flexographic presses in accordance with work instructions, drawings, and production records. The role supports production quality and throughput by minimizing waste, documenting process data, maintaining equipment, and communicating issues across shifts and support teams.

What you'll do

• Set up and operate flexographic presses
• use printing, coating, tooling, registration, and die-tuning techniques to meet specifications
• collect and document statistical process control, material tracking, checklists, and production information
• perform scheduled equipment maintenance
• communicate product, equipment, throughput, and quality issues during shift handoffs
• record production, labor, material, inventory, and quality data
• follow safety policies
• identify or implement process, equipment, and quality improvements.
