What you'll do
- Examine patients’ legs and feet to diagnose conditions
- perform foot and ankle surgeries
- treat sports-related injuries
- use podiatric techniques such as casting and laser therapy
- prescribe medication and orthoses
- review medical histories
- advise patients on foot care and wellness
- and order additional tests when needed. A doctoral degree in Podiatric Medicine and experience as a podiatrist are required by the posting.
