What you'll do

• Validate and coordinate engineering changes and process deviations.
• Manage on-site Engineering Change Orders (ECOs).
• Partner with Focus Factory Engineers to implement changes and trials.
• Support BOM creation and ensure accuracy.
• Analyze process and product performance using statistical tools.
• Provide activity reports and support problem-solving.
• Support compliance activities related to UL, CSA, and other requirements.
