What you'll do
- Design building electrical systems, including power distribution, lighting, and cabling
- assess client requirements
- support project management
- promote sustainable design practices as required
- assist with design reviews, budgets, and schedules
- apply applicable codes and ordinances
- evaluate existing lighting, gear, and controls
- interpret contract drawings and specifications
- review schedules, shop drawings, and samples
- coordinate outside consultants
- ensure technical accuracy and quality.
