OEM Assembler

The OEM Assembler role is onsite in Pella, IA. Compensation is not specified. The position joins Manuli Ryco US’s manufacturing team to assemble original equipment manufacturer products to company specifications and quality standards. The assembler supports production by assembling components, inspecting parts, testing finished products, and packaging them for shipment. Accurate documentation, troubleshooting, and coordination with assembly, supervisory, and quality teams help maintain product quality and production flow.

What you'll do

• Assemble OEM products and parts using hand tools, power tools, and automated machinery according to instructions and blueprints
• inspect incoming parts and materials
• test assembled products for functionality and safety compliance
• perform quality checks
• package products and include required labels and documentation
• identify and resolve minor assembly or equipment issues
• collaborate with assembly workers, supervisors, and quality control teams
• maintain production records and an organized work environment.

Why this role

Previous assembly or manufacturing experience is preferred but not required. High school diploma or equivalent is preferred. Requires ability to stand for extended periods, lift 50 pounds, and use required personal protective equipment.
