The Manager, Trust Commercial Real Estate and Unique Assets role is onsite in Seattle, WA; The manager supports Northwest Trustee & Management Services, a fiduciary services provider whose mission includes honoring family legacies and minimizing family conflicts. The role administers and monitors trust-owned commercial real estate and other illiquid assets, maintaining accurate records and coordinating with trustees and outside professionals. Organized asset information, valuation support, and early risk escalation help trustees make informed fiduciary decisions.

What you'll do

• Maintain ownership records and supporting documentation
• track valuations, insurance, taxes, leases, payments, distributions, and material events
• reconcile asset records with trust accounting
• oversee third-party property managers and real estate professionals
• review property performance, budgets, cash flow, and risks
• maintain records for private business interests, loans, and other alternative assets
• escalate material issues and recommend process improvements.
