Maintenance Technician

Job overview

The Maintenance Technician role is onsite in McMinnville, OR, with a stated schedule of 7:30 a.m.–4:00 p.m., Monday–Friday. The stated pay is $25–$35 per hour. Laurelcrest Labs makes hemp ingredients and is seeking maintenance support to keep its facility and equipment operating smoothly. The technician performs preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on facility systems, utilities, and manufacturing equipment. This work helps maintain safe, reliable operations and minimize production downtime while following safety procedures and working within training and authorization limits.

What you'll do

• Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on facility and production equipment
• inspect and maintain HVAC, air handlers, compressed-air systems, boilers within training and authorization, fans, motors, and pumps
• troubleshoot mechanical failures and repair mixing-vessel equipment
• inspect for leaks, vibration, noise, heat, and wear
• assist with equipment installation and improvement projects
• maintain parts, tools, and work areas
• follow safety procedures, lockout/tagout, and PPE requirements
• report hazards and avoid regulated work beyond qualifications.
