What you'll do

• Prepare café menu items and breakfast and lunch orders
• complete daily prep
• portion and organize ingredients
• maintain food temperatures and storage
• keep stations stocked, clean, and organized
• follow cooking, cooling, reheating, sanitation, allergen-awareness, and gluten-free procedures
• assist with opening and closing
• clean equipment and work areas
• communicate with front-of-house and bakery staff.
