What you'll do

• Submit insurance claims
• verify patient eligibility and benefits
• calculate and collect patient financial responsibility
• prepare statements and invoices
• obtain referrals and pre-authorizations
• monitor accounts receivable
• follow up on unpaid or denied claims and appeal denials
• maintain billing systems and patient records
• prepare productivity and collection reports
• support compliance with billing regulations and payer requirements.

Why this role
