What you'll do

• Welcome guests, manage calls and appointments, maintain the appointment book, process payments, rebook visits, recommend retail products, respond to booking requests, and maintain guest records and reception areas.
• On the salon floor, assist with shampooing, treatments, blow-drying, color services under a senior stylist’s direction, station preparation, inventory, and sanitation.
