What you'll do
- Assess clients and reassess according to condition and facility protocols
- develop individualized plans of care with the healthcare team
- perform physician-ordered treatments and therapeutic nursing interventions
- educate clients and families
- document assessment findings and responses
- initiate emergency resuscitation measures under adult protocols
- administer medications and treatments
- perform waived testing as ordered
- report client condition during each shift
- coordinate disciplines and supervise Certified Nursing Assistants.

Why this role
