What you'll do

• Complete required training and certifications toward becoming a certified lifeguard
• assist with pool safety, cleanliness, and operations
• support communication between associates and members or parents
• report operating challenges, equipment needs, and conflicts to leaders
• enforce Y policies
• encourage member engagement
• coordinate facility use for assigned programs
• and support a positive environment for families, children, and peers.
