Incident Management Specialist — Compliance & Risk Management

The Incident Management Specialist works onsite in Rochester, NY, for $23–$25 per hour. Villa of Hope helps youth and families rebuild relationships, recover from trauma, and renew hope for their future; this role supports its Compliance & Risk Management department. The role supports quality improvement by monitoring incidents, coordinating investigations, helping program leaders meet regulatory and Justice Center reporting standards, and delivering mandated reporter and incident-management training. It contributes to safer, accountable services through accurate investigation documentation and quality-assurance processes.

What you'll do

• Monitor incident-management databases, reports, policies, and procedures
• coordinate or conduct investigations of abuse and neglect allegations
• document and report findings
• support incident and risk-management activities and quality-assurance systems
• conduct onboarding and quarterly mandated reporter and incident-management training
• maintain confidentiality and client-record security.
