CNC Mill Operator

Job overview

The CNC Mill Operator position is onsite in Bethlehem, PA, with pay of $26–$31 per hour and a Monday–Friday, 6:00 a.m.–2:30 p.m. schedule. PeopleShare is recruiting for a direct-hire opportunity in a manufacturing environment. The operator sets up and runs CNC milling machines, inspects precision components, troubleshoots machining issues, and maintains equipment and production records to support safe, consistent quality.

What you'll do

• Set up CNC milling machines, tooling, fixtures, and materials
• operate mills to produce precision components
• interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and GD&T requirements
• inspect parts using precision measuring instruments
• troubleshoot and adjust machines
• perform routine maintenance and tool changes
• document production and quality information
• follow safety and quality standards.
