What you'll do

• Manage supervisors, team leads, and direct care workers
• oversee individual plans of service, medication processes, dietary needs, incident documentation, progress notes, and health and safety standards
• monitor residents’ conditions
• conduct weekly home checklists and monthly medication audits
• maintain schedules and appointments and transport people served as required
• coordinate with service agencies
• manage staff schedules, timesheets, employee relations, training, and evaluations
• maintain required documents
• remain available for 24/7 on-call duties.
