What you'll do

• Support all facets of store operations
• provide guest service and promote reservations, trade-ins, and loyalty programs
• train and provide feedback to associates
• assist with scheduling and payroll
• maintain store cleanliness and merchandising
• fulfill omnichannel orders
• manage inventory, loss prevention, cash reconciliation, deposits, shipments, and opening and closing procedures
• supervise Sales Associates and Retail Keyholders when the Store Manager is absent.
