Senior Accountant

The Senior Accountant role is hybrid, with three days per week in the office, in Walnut Creek, CA. The targeted starting salary is $95,000–$115,000 per year. Beautylish operates retail e-commerce and wholesale businesses across multiple entities and international markets; this role supports its finance team. The accountant supports the Accounting Manager in delivering an accurate, timely month-end close and reliable multi-entity accounting. The work includes journal entries, reconciliations, intercompany and consolidation support, and audit documentation, while helping improve close processes.

What you'll do

• Prepare recurring journal entries, schedules, balance-sheet reconciliations, flux schedules, and assigned audit schedules
• maintain prepaid, accrued expense, and fixed-asset schedules and assist with lease schedules
• prepare intercompany billing and management-fee entries and reconcile balances
• assist with eliminations, foreign-exchange revaluation, and monthly consolidation in NetSuite OneWorld
• support budget-versus-actual analysis
• and document close procedures.
