What you'll do

• Lead daily concrete crew activities and communicate work instructions
• execute work according to plans, specifications, layout, elevations, and Superintendent direction
• monitor production and quality
• identify and communicate issues
• maintain a clean, organized, safe jobsite
• maintain and inspect tools and equipment
• coordinate deliveries, equipment use, and weekly load lists
• track labor and productivity
• submit daily reports and assist with change-order and time-and-material documentation.
