The Direct Support Professional (DSP) – Cottage 2 role is onsite in Victoria, MN. Base pay is $18.50 per hour, with listed site, weekend, and overnight differentials; assigned sleep hours are paid at $12.13 per hour. A $1,500 retention bonus is listed for full-time staff, paid over one year. The DSP supports clients’ daily living, personal care, health, safety, and program goals. Through person-centered assistance, supervision, household support, and community participation, the role contributes to clients’ well-being and independence.

What you'll do

• Assist clients with daily care, medical needs, activities of daily living, and mental health supports
• support routines and choices
• plan and implement recreation and community activities
• accompany clients to appointments and activities in a company vehicle
• support community relationships
• follow service plans and emergency procedures
• administer and document prescribed medications and treatments
• prepare meals and order food as scheduled
• perform housekeeping and household maintenance
• maintain supervision, records, and confidentiality
• complete required training.
