What you'll do

• Direct and oversee daily nursing department operations and regulatory compliance
• lead recruitment, onboarding, retention, and mentorship of nurses and CNAs
• monitor clinical outcomes and lead QAPI initiatives
• maintain survey readiness
• review and update clinical policies and infection control protocols
• collaborate on tailored care plans
• manage nursing schedules, clinical supplies, and operational budgets.
