What you'll do

• Operate a high-pressure aluminum die-casting machine
• position and secure die sections and adjust ram stroke
• perform equipment safety checks
• connect cooling hoses and preheat dies
• regulate water flow and machine speed
• adjust air and spray devices
• configure automatic metal ladling
• monitor metal level, furnace temperature, process parameters, and critical variables
• adjust the machine to maintain process consistency.
