What you'll do

• Prepare event documentation and coordinate with Sales and clients
• lead pre-event and post-event meetings
• build relationships with planners, Sales, operating departments, and resort management
• identify and resolve operational challenges
• manage client budgets, room blocks, and meeting space
• participate in site inspections and assist with sales when necessary
• review billing and payments
• coordinate event details and distribute accurate event orders and resumes
• inspect function space and communicate maintenance needs.
