What you'll do

• Advise managers and employees on HR policies and employment laws
• support employee relations and investigations
• assist workforce expansion
• partner with Talent Acquisition on recruiting and onboarding
• support training and employee development
• help develop HR policies and handbook
• maintain employee records and HRIS data
• support benefits and open enrollment
• assist payroll-related activities
• participate in cross-functional projects.
