The Experienced Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) / Personal Care Aide (PCA) role is onsite in Great Falls, VA, with shifts Monday through Saturday from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM. Pay is $20.00–$22.00 per hour. The caregiver provides one-on-one support to a total-care client living in an assisted living community. The role helps the client with daily personal care, mobility, meals, and companionship while supporting comfort, dignity, and safety. Consistent communication with family members, facility staff, and care management personnel helps maintain continuity of care.

What you'll do

• Assist with activities of daily living, transfers, repositioning, wheelchair and bed mobility, feeding, meal setup, hydration, toileting, continence care, bathing, dressing, and grooming
• provide companionship, conversation, engagement, and gentle prompting
• monitor comfort, safety, and well-being
• maintain a clean and organized care environment
• communicate with family members, facility staff, and care management personnel.
