What you'll do

• Design and lead clubs and activities for youth in grades 6–12
• develop after-school sports experiences with participants and YMCA leadership
• communicate with students, parents, and colleagues
• support junior staff through mentorship
• develop programs and engagement methods
• assist with events
• contribute ideas and feedback to program improvement
• facilitate inclusive programming.
