Set-Up/Process Technician – Second Shift

The Set-Up/Process Technician – Second Shift role is onsite in Elkhart, IN, with pay of $25 per hour. The position supports production operations in a plastic injection molding environment. The technician prepares and maintains molding equipment and materials to support safe, efficient, high-quality production. The role handles mold and tool changeovers, responds to machine alarms, troubleshoots defects and faults, and keeps equipment and work areas clean and organized.

What you'll do

• Install correct molds and inserts
• prepare and mix raw materials
• clean dryers, grinders, hoppers, and machines
• change tools and fan filters
• respond to machine alarms and report issues
• fix part defects and machine faults
• add oil and lubricating fluid as needed
• communicate with machine operators and Quality
• follow safety and PPE requirements.
