Platform Engineer — AI and Automation

The Platform Engineer role is full-time and onsite in Columbus, OH. Compensation is not specified. The role exists to improve developer productivity, operational efficiency, and software delivery through scalable platforms, reusable services, automation, and AI agent capabilities. It also embeds security, governance, reliability, and compliance controls into engineering workflows and supports adoption through documentation and enablement.

What you'll do

• Design and maintain scalable engineering platforms and shared services
• build reusable APIs, SDKs, frameworks, and self-service capabilities
• implement intelligent automation and AI-driven solutions
• develop AI agents and workflows
• integrate LLMs, prompt engineering, context management, MCP, RAG, and tool integrations
• improve developer experience
• integrate platform capabilities into CI/CD and operations
• implement security, governance, compliance, and deployment controls
• partner with security and architecture teams.
