Facility Services Sales Executive

Job overview

The Facility Services Sales Executive role is onsite in Columbus, OH, with compensation of $80,000–$120,000 per year. Brewer-Garrett provides facility solutions intended to improve building performance, efficiency, and sustainability. This position supports the company’s Facility Services division. The role develops and sells new multi-year Facility Services Agreements, from prospecting and solution development through proposal presentation, negotiation, and closing. It also maintains client relationships and coordinates the transition of new agreements to Operations for implementation.

What you'll do

• Prospect and qualify customers
• build a lead pipeline through outreach, networking, referrals, and cold calling
• collaborate with operations, engineering, and energy services teams on solutions and financial models
• prepare and present proposals
• negotiate pricing and agreement terms
• close agreements and coordinate handoff to Operations
• maintain client relationships and identify additional account opportunities
• maintain sales forecasts, pipeline reports, CRM records, and booking documentation.
