Product Development Specialist – Upholstery

What you'll do

• Develop, cut, and make upholstery patterns
• upholster frames and assist with trim
• use AutoCAD and Soft Worx for pattern development and documentation
• provide construction input
• document product notes and feedback
• recommend and implement process improvements
• adjust patterns
• assess product costs and identify cost-reduction opportunities
• partner with product development, plant leadership, and production teams.
