Client Service Manager

Job overview

The Client Service Manager role is onsite in Kennesaw, GA; compensation is $21–$23 per hour. The position serves as the liaison between Bergen Logistics clients and its warehouse, office, and technical teams. The role coordinates client needs with warehouse operations and helps ensure accurate, timely logistics service. Shipment monitoring, issue resolution, reporting, and client communication support order processing and service commitments.

What you'll do

• Prepare and send daily reports
• coordinate and monitor inbound and outbound shipments
• track service-level agreements in the WMS and address late orders
• communicate and escalate issues
• prepare reports for clients and senior leaders
• assist with client WMS training
• maintain vendor compliance information
• respond to inquiries
• research inventory errors
• resolve complaints and disputes
• review billing for accuracy
• and train and coordinate tasks with the Assistant Client Service Manager.
