What you'll do

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, vendors, and contractors
• receive, prioritize, and dispatch calls, alarms, incidents, and routine requests
• monitor communication systems, alarms, access-control notifications, and video feeds
• maintain dispatch logs and incident records
• coordinate incident responses with onsite personnel and emergency responders as directed.
