• Lead and coordinate electrical and instrumentation design staff
• apply design and drafting standards
• communicate project scope and design changes
• provide startup assistance
• guide and mentor drafting personnel
• coordinate with clients, staff, and discipline leads
• produce equipment and installation specifications
• check calculations for accuracy and compliance
• determine construction quantities and cost estimates
• delegate work and support staff development.
