What you'll do

• Provide technical guidance on preroll manufacturing processes and equipment
• troubleshoot production and equipment issues
• assess and improve processing methods
• support benchtop R&D studies, time studies, cycle-time analyses, and process audits
• maintain electronic batch records and train site personnel
• develop and deliver SOP training
• support root-cause analysis and retraining at underperforming sites
• facilitate weekly operational and quality reviews
• develop work instructions and readiness documentation
• monitor quality scorecard data
• follow safety, GMP, sanitation, and regulatory requirements.
