Production Crew Chief, Restoration

Production Crew Chief works onsite in Forney, TX, leading restoration crews on residential and commercial projects. Pay is $18–$25 per hour. SERVPRO of Mesquite provides specialized drying and DryBook training. The role exists to direct technicians and ensure restoration jobs meet production, quality, safety, customer-service, and documentation expectations. The Crew Chief coordinates labor and equipment, monitors drying progress, and communicates job status and issues to customers and management.

• Supervise assigned restoration jobs
