What you'll do

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and contractors
• follow site security procedures and policies
• conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of interior and exterior areas, access points, parking areas, and the perimeter
• monitor access and visitor activity and verify credentials as directed
• respond calmly to incidents, alarms, and critical situations
• document observations and complete incident reports
• communicate professionally with site personnel and leadership.
