What you'll do
- Administer Windows servers, workstations, storage, and network infrastructure
- provide help desk support
- manage Microsoft 365, Azure Active Directory, accounts, permissions, and security controls
- monitor and troubleshoot LAN/WAN, wireless networks, VPNs, VoIP, and firewalls
- support Meraki technologies
- maintain technical documentation and asset inventories
- perform backups and restoration testing
- assist with cybersecurity initiatives.
